III Experiences
Every Sonic Mandala consists of three STAGES of about 25 minutes each.
Each stage of the sonic flows is tuned to specific parts of the body and energetic centers. The individual reaction to the flows generates the visualisation.
Each participant contributes to the communal visualisation as a reaction to flows, synchrony and resonance.
